Hi ! My name is Dia I am a licensed esthetician of 5 years . I have worked at a salon for the beginning 3 years of my career and now I’m branching off to work on my own . Please read my policies before booking ! 🙏🏽 •Same day cancellation = 30% charge of service that would have been provided •$30 deposit required (not refundable under any circumstances) •15 min grace period , after 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled , I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment •masks are not required , however I will be wearing one :) •any flu symptoms you must reschedule (runny nose , slight cough , stuffy nose) Please don’t rush me make sure you have the allotted time carved out for your service •Full sets - 2.5-3 hours •Fills 1.5-2 hours •removals 30 min - 1 hour Foreign fills , meaning the lashes currently on are from another lash tech , will be an automatic $90 with 40% of retention. For the reasoning of its not my work and I’m not sure if I will be able to work over it . If I am unable to work over it , you will have to book a removal and fullset . No refunds all services are final sale ! I aim to please all my clients and work with everyone’s schedule , my days off are Sundays and Monday’s if for whatever reason you would like an appt after hours (past 6 pm and / or on my off days there will be a $25 dollar charge on top of the service charge) With that being said you have two days to reach out to me if anything is wrong with your lashes and I will bring you back and fix them for free . After two days it’s going to fall under a week fill . I am a home based tech so I will not take any male clients if I don’t know them or they aren’t a referral .
